In Retrospect

Maybe continuing to run after rolling my ankle was not the brightest idea. At least that's what my new cankle tells me.

Cankle that's a crunched ankle. Not good.

Hope things are easier moving forward.

If you're ankles are speaking to you, no matter their size, you ought to lay off the meds.

I've heard that hindsight is 20/20 and things can seem so obvious from that point of view. ;o)

And what are you taking that makes your ankles talk to you?! Maybe I need to get me some of that...

Sorry about the cankle! It seems like they take forever to heal!
Boo.
but good for you for running!
I've signed up to run a 10K in June...I think I'm nervous since I'm sorta laid up for a time.

DUH...that's why I don't run in the first place.

I had to look up what a cankle was on the internet. They say it runs in families and you get rid of it by excersizing.

I guess u can't believe everything you read on the internet.

Good luck!

Does that mean you have a cast? That does not sound fun in any way. Good luck.

Just tell everyone you have elephantitus or whatever it's really called. Maybe people would give you some major get well presents. And then when the cankle de-swells you can tell them they cured you with their love. But also some money might help it feel completely better. And then you could go to the movies.

Oh no!!! Not a cankle! Be careful!

Darn, hope your ankle feels better! It's so good to hear from you! Life is good for me, busy and not all at the same time-it's kind of weird!

How are you (other than the ankle of course)?

As far as scrapbooking goes, it really depends on how elaborate of pages and how many. For a basic 25 page album, I would charge $50 plus materials. (Materials for a basic album might run another $15 to $20.) But if you would like to meet up sometime, we could chat and I could show you what I do and we could negotiate a price. Let me know. If you'd like to call me it 801-319-7615 or email Kimba411@hotmail.com. Let me know!

Soooooo sorry about the injury. Get it better, it's too great of weather to be stuck with it propped up.
